Ogden Avenue Tax Increment Financing District

In 2005, the Ogden Avenue Tax Increment Financing District was established for a two-block stretch of properties along Ogden Avenue near Route 83. The TIF district covers 8.7 acres.

In 2011, Infiniti of Clarendon Hills opened in the TIF district. The Ogden Avenue TIF Redevelopment Plan allows for reallocation of incremental tax dollars to help fund redevelopment and related activities.

In 2010, the Village completed replacement of water mains to serve the properties along Ogden Avenue. The area is ideal for “big-box” redevelopment, including automobile dealerships and specialty retail.
