Dawn has served as the Village Clerk since April 2002. Dawn and her husband, Steve, have lived in Clarendon Hills since April 1986. They have two children, Nina and Nick.

Dawn's duties include attending and providing minutes from Village Board and Committee meetings, Firefighters' Pension Fund Board meetings, and Local Liquor Commission meetings. Dawn is responsible for issuing annual retail liquor licenses, local liquor licenses and special events liquor licenses. Other responsibilities include maintaining Village records such as minutes, ordinances, proclamations, resolutions, contracts and agreements, and freedom of information requests.
