Establishing/Stopping Water Service

New to the Village

If you are new to the Village or moving within the Village, you must notify the Water Billing Department at 630-286-5416.  A Water Service Application  must be completed and submitted by mail to 1 N Prospect Avenue, Clarendon Hills, Illinois 60514, or by email to kcesarini@clarendonhills.us.   

Identity Theft Red Flag Rule

The Village is required to comply with the new Identity Theft Red Flag Rule issued by the Federal Trade Commission. This Rule is intended to minimize incidents of identity theft and fraud in the opening and maintenance of water billing accounts.  In order to comply, the Village must verify the identity of each person establishing a water billing account. 

Moving From the Village

If you are moving from the Village, you must notify submit for a Final Water Meter Reading or contact the Water Billing Department at 630-286-5416, in order to obtain a final read on your account.
