Parking permits are sold quarterly on a first come, first served basis at the Police Department. If permits are sold-out, you may ask to be placed on a wait list. New requests are issued permits for Burlington Avenue parking only (North side of the railroad tracks).
Once a permit holder on Burlington Ave you will have the option, upon renewal, to be placed on the wait list for a South Lot permit (next to the train station).
Quarters
Quarters are as follows:
1st Quarter- January - March
2nd Quarter- April - June
3rd Quarter- July - September
4th Quarter- October - December
Quarterly Fees
Burlington Avenue

Quarterly fee is:
$90 for residents
$130 for non-residents
South Lot
permit fee is $130 per quarter for both residents and non-residents.
