Commuter Parking Permits


Parking permits are sold quarterly on a first come, first served basis at the Police Department. If permits are sold-out, you may ask to be placed on a wait list. New requests are issued permits for Burlington Avenue parking only (North side of the railroad tracks).

Once a permit holder on Burlington Ave you will have the option, upon renewal, to be placed on the wait list for a South Lot permit (next to the train station).


Quarters

Quarters are as follows:

  • 1st Quarter- January - March
  • 2nd Quarter- April - June
  • 3rd Quarter- July - September
  • 4th Quarter- October - December

Quarterly Fees

Burlington Avenue

parking permit (North side of railroad tracks) and the

Quincy Lot

quarterly fee is:

  • $90 for residents
  • $130 for non-residents

South Lot

permit fee is $130 per quarter for both residents and non-residents.


Park Avenue Parking Lot

parking permit is $255 per quarter or $0.25 per hour, 24 hours a day via the PassportParking Mobile Pay App.


12-Hour Parking Meters 

  • Burlington Avenue: 6 meters, $0.25 per hour
  • Railroad Avenue: 22 meters, $0.25 per hour
  • Behind the Post Office

Free Parking at the Metra Lot weeknights after 3 PM and all day on the  weekends.
