The Village of Clarendon Hills has partnered with Municipal Collections of America (MCOA) to assist collecting all delinquent receivables including parking tickets, code enforcement, and other general account receivables.
Delinquent Invoices turned over to MCOA will also be provided to the State of Illinois Comptroller's Office to participate in the IL Dept Recovery program. The program diverts state payments, like tax refunds, from a person who owes money to the state or a political subdivision of the state, like a city.
A collection fee of 35% of the total fine will be assessed to cover collection and administrative fees if turned over to Municipal Collections of America.
Both the Village of Clarendon Hills and Municipal Collections of America are committed to ensuring interactions are done professionally and ethically. If you have concerns regarding a recent contact you had with MCOA, please contact the Police Department at 630-286-5460 with information regarding the customer contact and the Village of Clarendon Hills will research the call.
