Collections

The Village of Clarendon Hills has partnered with Municipal Collections of America (MCOA) to assist collecting all delinquent receivables including parking tickets, code enforcement, and other general account receivables.

Delinquent Invoices turned over to MCOA will also be provided to the State of Illinois Comptroller's Office to participate in the IL Dept Recovery program. The program diverts state payments, like tax refunds, from a person who owes money to the state or a political subdivision of the state, like a city.

A collection fee of 35% of the total fine will be assessed to cover collection and administrative fees if turned over to Municipal Collections of America.
