Multi-family Overnight Parking Permits

These permits are intended for tenants of multi-family units. 

Available quarterly overnight street parking permits are sold on a first come, first served basis. Once a permit is issued, the permit holder can renew it for the following quarter if desired. Overnight parking permits are issued for designated overnight parking spaces within the downtown business district. 

Permit Hours

Permit Parking hours are 6 PM to 6 AM.

Quarters

Quarters are Jan 1- March 31, April 1- June 30, July 1- Sept 30, Oct 1- Dec 31.

Fee

Cost per quarter is $255

How to obtain a permit.

Permits are issued by the Police Department at 448 Park Avenue with a completed application.
